Getting what you want from others

Negotiation is a basic means of getting what you want from others. So what about you? Do you get what you want? And what is your negotiation style? Is it effective? Do you play the game hard? Are you determined to hold out longer than your opponent? Or are you a softie? Trying to avoid personal conflict and making concessions easily.
Whatever your case may be, during this course you will improve your negotiation skills. You will get some theory, but more important you are going to practise a lot and you will get feedback on your negotiation style.
