‘Leadership and Management’ offered by Erik Tijdgat is definitely one of the most impressive one that I will carry with me here and forth. It is impressive because the class delivered interesting concepts such as pro-activity, coaching, leadership skills, management methods etc. using interactive exercises that creates many ‘light bulb’ moments where the learning comes from within the students. All these of course are due to the teaching method of Erik Tijdgat, a great teacher, a good source of inspiration for me personally. He taught Leadership and Management by encouraging each individual to discover their leadership style, their management skills by first being open to oneself and to feedbacks, and also by taking an active role within the learning course. Personally, I have to say that his teachings has taken me to a new level in managing my situations, in practicing my leadership skills that comes out naturally. I highly recommended this course to everyone who would like to take that pro-active first step in their life, and I don’t think the learning experience could be more interesting and inspiring if it is not for Erik’s presence and methods.
